The questions everyone asks.
What does it cost?
A $50 annual organization membership plus a flat $1 per successful vendor booking. No monthly fee and no percentage of your booth revenue — a $95 booth costs the same $1 as a $20 one. You can absorb the fee or pass it to vendors at checkout.
We run on spreadsheets and email. How hard is switching?
Most markets are running within an afternoon: create the market, add stalls and dates, then invite your existing vendors by email. You can run a single market day on VendorStreet before committing the whole season.
Do my vendors have to be tech-savvy?
Vendors get a plain application form and email updates — no app and no account to remember. Applying, seeing their booked dates and paying an invoice all work from a phone. Vendors never pay to use VendorStreet.
Can it handle insurance certificates and permits?
Yes — collect certificates, permits and licenses on the application, store them against the vendor, and get reminded before they expire rather than discovering it on market morning.
Who holds the booth fees?
You do. Vendor payments go into your own Stripe account and Stripe pays out to your bank. We never take custody of your money, so there is no float and no payout delay from us.
Run more than one kind of business?
Every VendorStreet solution shares the same platform—same login, same customers, same reporting. One membership covers all three.
