Feedback & Reviews

Collect guest reviews after experiences — stars, sub-ratings, photos — moderate what publishes, and respond publicly.

After a guest attends one of your experiences, VendorStreet asks them how it went. Their review — stars, comments, optionally photos — flows into a moderation queue you control, and only what you publish appears on your public pages. This page covers how reviews are collected, what’s in them, and how moderation works.

How do guests get asked?

Automatically. After a paid experience session ends, the guest receives a feedback request email with a private, tokenized link — no account or login needed, and each booking can only submit once. You don’t have to send anything or remember anyone.

What’s in a review?

  • An overall star rating (1–5) and a written comment.
  • Optional sub-ratings on three dimensions: value, communication, and quality — each its own 1–5 stars. These are optional for the guest, so don’t expect every review to carry them.
  • Optional photos — up to 5 per review, 5 MB each (JPEG, PNG, or WebP).

Where do reviews go?

Into your moderation queue first. Nothing is public until you publish it — publishing is a deliberate action per review, and you can unpublish later. Published reviews (stars, comments, dimensions, photos) appear on the experience’s public detail page, where prospective guests see them alongside the booking form.

You can also write a response to a review, which appears with it.

Find the queue at /admin/organization/feedback — note there’s no navigation link to it yet, so bookmark the URL.

What should I publish?

That’s your call — the gate exists so you’re never surprised by what’s on your page. A practical policy: publish everything that’s honest, respond publicly to the critical ones, and reserve unpublishing for spam or abuse. A page with only five-star reviews reads as curated; a page with a thoughtful response to a three-star review reads as trustworthy.

How does this feed my numbers?

The customer satisfaction figure on your executive overview is computed from your published experience reviews — see Reporting & KPIs. Unpublished reviews don’t count toward it, which is another reason to publish honestly rather than selectively.

Current limits worth knowing

  • Experiences only. Market vendors, venue seat buyers, and markets themselves don’t have review flows yet.
  • The guest’s name appears with a published review. Keep that in mind when publishing anything sensitive.
  • One review per booking, tied to the feedback email — there’s no open “leave a review” page.
